okies here we go

open new the template 

shft and d to duplicate close orignal layer 

take out the shape part at the bottom change the colour to match your tube   

magic wand now click on the top square copy tube paste as new layer 

arrange to your liking inside your small square part up top then invert and del selections none 

repeat the steps for the bottom circle 

now in your big cicle  magic wand paste you tube as knew layer then invert del after rearanging where you want you tube

then duplicate that tube place to top the eraser tool and only rub out where he covers over the words and around the bottom

layer keep the middle finger on top  now load your mask layer from image find you mask merge group 

and your done
