Sweet fruitloops 

You need the artwork of Elias Chatzoudis to do this tutorial 

or a tube of your choice

you can purchase him here 

scrapkit i  used is pink fantasy you can purchase here 

template is used missy 377 you can download here 

font font Segoe Script [which is in paint shop pro] 

Okies open your template shft and d close your origanal layer 

next copy and paste paper 21 to the retangle at the back, magic wand new layer paste invert and hit delete 

next flood fill the oval a colour of your choice i used #faa0cb in mine depends on what colour you want it

next floodfill thin retange #fc70b2 again colour of your choice 

next open the pink fantasy elements and copy and paste the doodle 3 element behind your rectangle arrange to your liking

duplicate then mirror and arrange on the next side  duplicate again and flip so its flips upside down see my 

tag for reference  duplicate and mirror to other side 

okies add the pink fantasy pin bow and the pink fantasy pearls arrange to your liking 

now click on the on the main square and magic wand if needed eye out the other layers 

then copy and paste your tube as new layer and arrange to your liking then selections invert and hit del then blend the back tube to 38 

 duplicate and mirror next eye the remaining layers then copy and paste the main tube as new layer 

again selections invert and delete 

now on the oval parts i have used aaa filters and textured my papers its personal choice if you wish to do it or not or just use a paper of you choice lol

magic wand the words fruitloop and flood fill color of choice i used #fc70b2

add your drop shadow on your tube

then add you copyrights and lic number and add your name and save as png 

and you are done!!!
